SHIPPING
We have a limited stock in order to be sustainable and avoid overproduction. For this reason, we may need from 7 to 21 working days to ship your product.
Shipping costs are estimated in the shopping cart check out process, and additional costs can be charged based on the order total, shipping destination, and cost to insure your delivery.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details.
Your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns: On receipt of his/her order, the buyer shall check the compliance of the Products received in performance of that order. Any anomaly affecting the delivery (namely: missing or damaged Products, damaged parcels) must first, without fail, be noted on the delivery slip in the form of handwritten, signed reservations to the carrier.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchange on earrings for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless the item in question is faulty.
Exchanges: Exchanges will only be accepted for a different size or color of the same model.
The buyer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the original order to request an exchange by writing to us by email at merci@aubarede7.com
The buyer must return the Product(s) to be exchanged, in its/their original condition, within fourteen (14) days of the exchange request made via the website.
